Materials & Items
For most jobs, customers supply the main item they would like installed.
For example:
radiator
TV bracket
blind or curtain pole
tap
shelf or storage unit
door handles or hardware
furniture or flat-pack items
The Job List will normally provide standard fixings and small installation consumables where required.
This can include things such as:
screws
wall plugs
basic fixings
sealant
small connectors
other minor consumables required to complete the installation
If specialist fixings, replacement components or additional materials are required, we’ll discuss this with you before carrying out any additional chargeable work.

We may also be able to send you a suitable product link so you can order the item directly.
This keeps things simple and means you stay in control of the product, style and price you choose.
Waste & Old Items
The Job List does not provide waste collection or disposal.
Where old items, fittings, packaging or materials are removed as part of the work, they will normally be left safely at the property for the customer to dispose of.
This may include items such as:
old radiators
taps and fittings
sockets and switches
shelving
curtain poles and blinds
packaging
old hardware or components
If an item needs to be removed from its original position as part of the agreed work, we will leave it in a safe and reasonable location at the property.
Waste removal may be introduced as an additional service in the future.
Clear Pricing
Where possible, we provide a fixed-price quote based on the information and photos you send us.
The quoted price covers the work described and assumes the existing installation and surrounding components are serviceable and the work can be completed in the normal way.
The quoted price does not automatically include additional work caused by:
seized or damaged components
failed existing fittings
hidden defects
unsuitable previous installations
unexpected structural or installation issues
additional work that could not reasonably have been identified before the job started
If we discover an unexpected problem once work starts, we’ll explain the issue first.
Any additional work and cost will be agreed with you before carrying out extra chargeable work.
No surprise additions at the end.
